Human Resource Generalist



Kirsten joined Alatus in 2008.

She joined as the Office Coordinator, assisting in getting the business operational in its early stages. In 2010 she was promoted to Operations Manager for MyHomeSource, a previous division of Alatus LLC. MyHomeSource bought, rehabbed and sold over 500 foreclosed homes.  In that role, she created the back-end operational processes from acquisition through disposition.  She oversaw the asset management, compliance and overall process management for each home.  In 2013 she received her PHR and transitioned into an HR/Operations role at Alatus.

Kirsten started her career at The Emmerich Group as an intern in2005 and worked her way into an Operations Managers role. She managed all bookkeeping, HR, administrative and operational functions there. In addition, she spent some time consulting their professional banking clients on sales and marketing strategies as well as culture management and client service.

Kirsten holds a Bachelors degree from the College of St. Catherine (marketing and entrepreneurship), and MBA (concentration in finance) from Saint Mary’s University.
